At 02:09AM Slate Hill was toned out to a MVA with Injuries on County Route 49. Units arrived on scene and a bird was immediately put on standby as the pickup truck was bent in half with a patient pinned inside the truck. Upon initial assessment by Mobile Life a launch was requested and New Hampton was called in mutual aid to set up a landing zone. Slate Hill went to work and extracted the victim from the truck and he was transported by Mobile Life to the waiting helicopter for transport.
